Roofing is the licence and the main trade. Siding, gutters and windows are the work a roof leads to. Every job gets a written, itemized estimate, good for 30 days, and the price on it is the price on the invoice.
Full tear-off down to the deck, every sheet checked and replaced where it is soft, ice and water barrier at the eaves and in the valleys, synthetic underlayment, then architectural shingle from the major shingle brands. Ridge vent cut in if the attic has none.
Lifted or missing shingles after a wind night, a cracked pipe boot, flashing at the chimney or a sidewall, a leak that has stained two ceilings and nobody can find. We find it, fix it, and photograph the fix.
After hail or straight-line wind, we look at the roof only with your permission, photograph every slope, and tell you what we saw in plain words, on paper, the same day. We do not call a roof damaged until we have stood on it.
New siding over house wrap, flashed at every window and door, J-channel cut clean at the corners. Matching one hail-pocked wall on a Cicero frame house or re-siding the whole thing.
Run on site to the length of the house, hidden hangers every two feet, downspouts moved to where the roof actually drains. Guards on request, and the old gutters hauled away the same day.
Replacement windows set level, flashed and sealed, trimmed inside and out. Storm-broken glass and bent screens replaced too.
